OVERVIEW:

Behavioral Aid Solutions (BAS) is Mental Health Centers with two facilities — in Doral and Sunset-Kendall — serving Miami-Dade County and, via Telehealth, families across Florida. Our team of 70+ licensed professionals provides counseling and psychotherapy, family and couples therapy, infant/toddler and child/adolescent mental health services, psychological testing, psychosocial rehabilitation, and targeted case management.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) with at least one year of experience serving the Medicaid population to conduct intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, in compliance with Medicaid documentation standards.
  • Determine appropriate level of care and referral pathway for each client.
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff to the client's ongoing treating clinician and/or case manager.
  • Ensure all intake documentation meets Medicaid and payer audit requirements.
  • Conduct intakes in the office, via Telehealth, or in the community depending on client needs and clinician availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related clinical field.

  • Working knowledge of Medicaid regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements
