This Website Privacy Policy describes how Behavioral Aid Solutions’ website (behavioralaid.com) uses third-party technology providers when you browse our site or submit our online appointment request form. This policy is separate from, and does not modify, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs protected health information collected in the course of clinical care.
Online Forms & Security
When you submit our online appointment request form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots, and Akismet to help filter spam submissions. These services may process limited technical information about your browser and connection in order to do so. Your submitted information is transmitted to our staff and received in mailboxes, both hosted by Google Workspace. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google Workspace, which governs their handling of this information in compliance with HIPAA.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, which helps us improve the site. This analytics data is separate from, and does not include, protected health information from clinical records.
