This Website Privacy Policy describes how Behavioral Aid Solutions’ website (behavioralaid.com) uses third-party technology providers when you browse our site or submit our online appointment request form. Your submitted information is transmitted to our staff using Brevo, an email delivery service, and is received in mailboxes hosted by Google Workspace.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, which helps us improve the site. This analytics data is separate from, and does not include, protected health information from clinical records.
